Bitcoin Mining Hackers
Institutional mining technology, hacked for the home miner. We build space heaters that mine Bitcoin, repair miners others throw away, and manufacture open-source mining accessories — 380+ products shipped from Canada since 2016.
The Mining Hacker Manifesto
Satoshi designed Bitcoin mining for anyone with a computer. Then came the warehouses, the megawatt facilities, the institutional monopoly on hashrate. The original vision got buried under concrete and NDAs.
We dig it back out. D-Central takes the same [ASIC](/content/product-category/asic-miners/ "ASIC"/index.html) technology locked inside industrial farms and hacks it for your home. We build space heaters that mine Bitcoin. We repair miners that the industry wrote off. We design and manufacture accessories for open-source mining hardware in our Canadian workshop. We are not resellers. We are makers.
Decentralization of every layer of Bitcoin mining. Not a slogan. An obsession.

Why D-Central
D-Central has been in the open-source mining hardware game since the beginning. We manufactured the original Bitaxe Mesh Stand before anyone else thought to build one. We designed custom heatsinks for the Bitaxe and Bitaxe Hex. We did not wait for the ecosystem to mature — we helped build it.
No other company in this space offers the full stack: hardware sales, [ASIC repair](/content/asic-repair/ "ASIC repair"/index.html), mining hosting, consulting, and hands-on training. Most companies sell you a miner and disappear. D-Central stays with you from unboxing to overclocking to troubleshooting a dead hashboard at 2 AM.
Over 2,500 ASIC miners repaired since 2016 — not by resellers reading a manual, but by technicians who diagnose at the chip level across Bitmain, MicroBT, Innosilicon, Canaan, and Halong hardware. We wrote the 60+ model-specific repair guides that others reference. When a miner lands on our bench, it leaves hashing.
Built by Bitcoin Mining Hackers
We take institutional-grade mining technology — the same ASICs running in megawatt Hashcenters — and hack it for the home miner. [Space heaters](/content/space-heaters/ "Space heaters"/index.html) that stack sats. Open-source solo miners on your desk. Repair services that bring dead hardware back to full hash rate. Every product in our catalog exists because someone on our team asked: how do we make this work in a basement, a garage, or a cabin off-grid?
Every product is tested, tuned, and supported by people who actually mine Bitcoin. We run the same hardware we sell. We heat our own spaces with modified ASICs. We solder the same boards we ship to you. This is not dropshipping — it is craft.
Decentralization is not a buzzword here. It is the mission that drives every product we design, every miner we repair, and every guide we publish. Distribute the hashrate. Strengthen the network. Empower the individual. That is what Mining Hackers do.
